Do you ship overseas?
We no longer ship overseas. Sorry for the inconvenience. We only ship to Scotland, England, and Wales.
This is due to new shipping rules; unfortunately, Northern Ireland is also excluded.
How do I return an item?
You must notify us within 14 days of delivery if you wish to return an item.
The return must be sent back to us within 28 days.
Please don't hesitate to contact us at info@ladykjewellery.com if you wish to return an item, and we will provide you with our return address.
Please note that due to hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable.

Sorry, we don't offer a piercing service.
What is your jewellery made from?
Please read the product description for details.
Most of our jewellery is sterling silver.
We also have a small selection of gold & stainless steel jewellery available.
Is the jewellery hallmarked?
We hallmark all jewellery above the specified weight thresholds, which are 1 gram for gold, 7.78 grams for silver, 0.5 grams for platinum, and 1 gram for palladium.

Do you do commissions?
Yes, we do offer a commission service. Please contact us with the piece you require, and we can arrange this for you it usually takes 6-8 weeks to complete a commission.
