Lady K jewellery returns policy

Effective Date: 28th May 2025

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we're happy to offer a return or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

1. Return Period:

• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the purchase date. 

2. Return Conditions:

• Items must be in their original condition, unused, unworn, and in their original packaging, including all tags and labels. 

• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns. 

• Personalized or engraved items are generally not eligible for return. 

• Rings made for you in a particular size, all engagement rings/wedding rings are non-returnable as they are custom-made for you

• Pierced earrings are not returnable. 

• Sale items are excluded from returns or exchanges.

3. Return Process:

• To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@ladykjewellery.com or 01539272369. 

• You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a fault with the item or a mistake by us.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping method. 

• Once we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will process your return or exchange within 7 days.

4. Refunds and Exchanges:

• Returns will be processed as a full refund to the original payment method. (Excluding postage costs)

• Exchanges will be processed for a replacement item, subject to availability. 

• Please allow 7 days for the refund to be credited back to your account. 

5. Exclusions:

• The following items are generally not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Personalized or engraved items 

  • Pierced earrings 

  • wedding, eternity and engagement rings which are made to order

  • Sale items (unless otherwise specified) 

• We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges if items are not in the condition described above or if the return is not initiated within the specified timeframe.
